Why mail?
Land in their hands, not their spam folder.
The future of getting your message read is... mail. Upload any document and we print it and mail it for you, from $3.
The inbox is crowded.
Email is brilliant for receipts and running-late messages. Getting noticed is another story.
About one in eight marketing emails never reaches the inbox, according to Validity’s 2026 Email Deliverability Benchmark Report (87.2% inbox placement in 2025).
Validity, 2026 [1]
The world sends and receives more than 376 billion emails a day, by The Radicati Group’s estimate.

The mailbox isn’t.
People still walk out to the mailbox, and they act on what they find there.
82% of consumers get their mail at the first opportunity, and 81% look forward to seeing what’s in their mailbox, according to U.S. Postal Service research.
U.S. Postal Service, 2019 [3]
63% of U.S. consumers say they’re more likely to act on an urgent letter than an urgent email, according to a 2025 study by Quadient.
Quadient, 2025 [4]
60% of Americans say a card or letter in the mail means more to them than an email, according to a 2020 U.S. Postal Service survey.

Important news deserves a front door.
The notice your tenant has to see. The dispute the credit bureau has to answer. The cancellation the gym swears it never got. That’s not a promotions-tab moment. 68% of U.S. consumers worry about missing important digital messages, like email, because of spam, according to the same Quadient study, so the things that matter still go by mail. [4]
A letter doesn’t get filtered, snoozed or swiped away. It lands in the mailbox, then in someone’s hand, then on the kitchen table. And you don’t need a printer, an envelope or a stamp to send one: upload the file, pick how it’s mailed, and we print it and mail it for you.
Pick how it goes.
Americans sent nearly 160 million pieces of Certified Mail in fiscal 2025, up 2.1% from the year before, according to the U.S. Postal Service.

Is a letter better than an email for important news?
For anything someone has to see and act on, often yes. A letter arrives in the mailbox instead of competing in a filtered inbox, and 63% of U.S. consumers say they’re more likely to act on an urgent letter than an urgent email, according to a 2025 study by Quadient. Email is still great for routine messages.
When should I send Certified Mail?
When you need proof that something was mailed and delivered: notices, disputes, demands and anything with a deadline. A Certified letter is $11 with a USPS tracking number, or $14 with USPS’s electronic return receipt, which shows who signed. Whether Certified Mail meets a specific legal requirement depends on the rule, so check with the authority that set it.
Do I need a printer, envelopes or stamps?
No. Upload a PDF, a Word file, text or a photo, choose how it’s mailed, and we print it and mail it for you. Postage is included.
How much does it cost to mail a document online?
$3 for a letter of up to 5 pages, $11 for Certified, and from $15 for flat & tracked (up to 30 pages, mailed flat with a free tracking number). You see the total before you pay.
