Uploading without a computer
The upload form works in the phone browser. Files can come from the Files app, Google Drive, Dropbox, an email attachment or the camera roll — whatever the share sheet can reach.

Use the built-in scanner instead — Notes › Scan Documents on iOS, or Google Drive › Add › Scan on Android. It flattens the perspective, crops to the page and produces a PDF. It takes a few seconds and prints far better.

Phone cameras produce a very large image of a fairly small piece of text. Enlarged onto paper, compression artefacts around letterforms become visible in a way they never are on screen.

Do I need an app?
No — it works in the phone's browser.
Can I take a photo of a document instead of scanning it?
You can, but a scan prints much better. Your phone's built-in document scanner produces a PDF in a few seconds.

$15 per document, covering printing, paper, envelope, USPS postage and USPS tracking number.
How is my file handled?
Uploads are protected in transit with TLS. Uploaded files are stored on AWS-managed block storage that is encrypted at rest, using encryption keys managed by AWS. Files from abandoned or incomplete orders are deleted automatically after 30 days.
