Flatten a fillable PDF before uploading
This is the single most common problem with forms. If you typed into PDF form fields, those fields are a layer above the page, and depending on how the file is exported the layer may not print — producing a perfectly blank form.

Use “Print to PDF” or your PDF tool's flatten option, then open the result and confirm your answers are visible. What you can see in the flattened file is what arrives on paper.
Forms filled in by hand
Scan rather than photograph. A phone's document scanner squares the page and drops the shadows; a plain photo of a form usually prints with a gray cast and curved edges.

Check that pale pencil or light blue ink actually shows in the scan — if it is faint on screen it will be fainter on paper.
Multi-page and double-sided forms
Upload every page as one PDF, in order. Missing page 3 of a 5-page form is the usual failure, and the printed copy cannot tell you it is missing.

Can you print and mail a form for me?
Yes. Upload the completed form and it is printed and mailed to the address you enter.
My typed answers did not appear when I printed at home. Why?
The PDF's form fields were not flattened. Export with “Print to PDF” and check the result before uploading.
Do you check that my form is correct?
No. We print exactly what you upload and mail it where you tell us. We do not review forms or confirm that an agency will accept one.
Can it be printed on both sides?
Yes, double-sided is an option at upload.
What we check, and what we do not
We check that the file opens and prints. That is the whole of it. We do not check whether the form is the current version, whether it is filled in correctly, whether it is going to the right office, or whether it will be accepted. We print and mail what you give us to the address you give us.
How is my file handled?
Uploads are protected in transit with TLS. Uploaded files are stored on AWS-managed block storage that is encrypted at rest, using encryption keys managed by AWS. Files from abandoned or incomplete orders are deleted automatically after 30 days.
