Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use Have It Printed, whether you use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification, voice control or a small phone screen. That includes the parts that matter most: uploading or writing what you want mailed, checking out, and tracking it.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this site.

What we do

• We check our pages with automated accessibility tests and by hand: keyboard only, zoomed to 200%, on a 320-pixel-wide screen, and with reduced motion turned on.
• Our header, menu and footer are shared by every page, so a fix there reaches the whole site at once.
• We run the same checks on new and changed pages before they go live.

What we know isn’t perfect yet

• Card payment happens in a secure form from our payment provider, shown inside our checkout page. We picked a provider that supports keyboards and screen readers, but we don’t control that form.
• Some parts of the site may not meet every guideline yet. We keep testing and fixing, and your reports help us find what we missed.
