Why a PDF prints more predictably than a Word file
A PDF carries its own fonts, margins and page breaks, so what you see is what gets printed. A .docx re-flows depending on the fonts installed on the machine that opens it, which is how a two-page letter becomes three pages with a stray line at the end.

Flat & tracked is $15 for up to 30 pages. A PDF's page count is exactly what the file reports, so you can check it before you upload.

Fillable forms: if you typed into form fields, flatten or “print to PDF” first, or the field contents may not appear on paper.

Annotations and comments: sticky notes and highlights are review artifacts. Some export settings print them and some do not, so check the exported file. What you upload is what gets printed.
Password-protected PDFs: remove the password first. A file that cannot be opened cannot be printed.
Color: printing is black and white unless you choose color, which is a small surcharge. A color logo prints gray by default.

Both iOS and Android can export a document or a photo to PDF from the share sheet, and the scanner built into Notes (iOS) or Drive (Android) produces a far more legible PDF of a paper document than a plain photo does.

Yes. Upload the PDF and choose how it’s mailed: a $3 letter, a $11 Certified letter with tracking, or flat and tracked from $15 with a free tracking number. You enter the address at checkout.

How many pages are included?

Will my filled-in form fields print?
Flatten the PDF first. Unflattened form fields do not always render when printed.
How is my file handled?
Uploads are encrypted in transit and stored encrypted at rest. Files are deleted automatically about 30 days after delivery (90 days at most), or sooner on request; uploads you don't order are deleted within about 6 hours.
