We print whatever signature the document already carries: an e-signature block, a scanned wet signature, or a signature page you signed and scanned back in. We do not add, verify or witness a signature.

If the delivered copy has to carry your ink signature, a printed scan won’t do. Sign that copy by hand and mail it yourself.

Can you print and mail a signed contract?
Yes. Upload the signed PDF and it is printed and mailed to the address you enter. For a tracking number, choose a Certified letter ($11, up to 5 pages) or flat and tracked ($15 for up to 30 pages).
Is this certified mail or proof of service?
It can be Certified Mail: choose a Certified letter ($11, up to 5 pages) and it goes USPS Certified Mail with a tracking number. Flat & tracked comes with a free tracking number but isn’t Certified Mail. Neither is registered mail, a return receipt or service of process.
Do you verify or witness the signature?
No. We print the document exactly as you upload it. We do not verify, witness or notarize anything.
Can you mail it to the other party rather than to me?
Yes. You enter their address as the destination.
What this is not
It is not registered mail, a return receipt or service of process. We do not read, check, validate or advise on the contents of your document. If a matter requires a legally attested delivery method, use one; this service does not replace it.
How is my file handled?
Uploads are encrypted in transit and stored encrypted at rest. Files are deleted automatically about 30 days after delivery (90 days at most), or sooner on request; uploads you don't order are deleted within about 6 hours.
