Creator terms

Version 2026-10-26. These terms are between you and Have It Printed, LLC. You accept them on your private creator page; your link and code start working then.

What you get

A link (haveitprinted.com/yourname, which also works on our other sites) and a matching code. You earn on each order placed through your link or with your code, as set out in your own terms, which we agree with you and show on your private page. If we change your terms, the new terms apply only to orders placed after the change.

Which orders count

• An order counts when the buyer clicked your link in the 30 days before they paid, or entered your code. If someone else’s code is entered at checkout, that code wins.
• Orders are held for 30 days. An order that is refunded, charged back, canceled or found to be fraud in that time earns nothing. If that happens after you were paid, we take it out of your next payment.
• Your own orders, orders paid with your card, and orders from anyone acting for you don’t count.
• Orders we hold for a safety review, or refuse to mail, don’t count.

The discount for your audience

New customers who use your link or code get 10% off their first order, when we can confirm it’s their first one. It’s one per person. Don’t promise more than that, and don’t post your code on coupon sites.

Say it’s a paid link

Every time you share your link or code, say clearly that you get paid, somewhere people will see it before they click: in the video itself and in the caption, not only in your bio. “#ad”, “sponsored” or “I get paid if you order through my link” all work. This is the Federal Trade Commission’s rule for endorsements, and it’s ours too. Say only what’s true about us from your own experience: no made-up results, prices or claims.

Getting paid

We pay what has cleared the 30 days through Stripe, once you’ve set up a payout account from your private page and you’re owed at least $10. Amounts under $10 carry over. Stripe collects your tax details and sends your 1099.

Ending it

Either of us can end this at any time. If we do, your link and code stop working, and you’re still paid for orders that cleared before the end. We may end it at once for fraud, spam, misleading claims, or not saying it’s a paid link.
